SNAP customers can get up to $10 match through the Market Bucks program of their SNAP funds at each market day, so $10 of SNAP benefits becomes a total of $20, doubling your buying power at the market.  To get your SNAP & Market Bucks, go to the EBT station in the market, scan your SNAP card for benefits you’d like to use that day and get the Market Bucks match of up to $10.  The tokens/cards you get can be spent like cash at any vendors on food and food related items.  The tokens/cards can also be saved and used at future markets.

 

The Duluth Farmers Market also has several vendors accepting Farmer Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) checks this year! These checks, distributed through WIC, can be spent directly at participating vendors’ booths.
