Claire and Pete Lande produce native perennials, veggies, and honey on their 10-acre farm in Lakewood Township. Claire became a Duluth Farmers Market vendor in 2019 with her beekeeping business Junebug Bee Farm, and in 2020 they had the opportunity to move from a tiny residential lot to their farm, complete with two greenhouses and a high tunnel. Claire and Pete now grow more than 60 species of native perennials for pollinators along with fresh fruits and veggies, and will continue to expand their offerings as they grow into their new space.
